Robert Half Email Marketing Consultant in Denver, Colorado

Description We are offering a unique opportunity to join our team in the non-profit industry based in Denver, Colorado as an Email Marketing Manager. This role is centered around developing and executing effective email marketing strategies to engage our audience and enhance brand loyalty. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing email subscriber lists, creating compelling content, and monitoring campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns using MailChimp, ensuring timely delivery and optimal engagement.

• Manage email subscriber lists, segmenting audiences based on various criteria such as demographics, behavior, and engagement levels.

• Write compelling email copy and design visually appealing email templates that resonate with the target audience and drive desired actions.

• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and calls-to-action to optimize email performance.

• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Leverage Chimpegration to integrate MailChimp with Raiser's Edge, ensuring seamless data synchronization and leveraging donor insights for personalized email campaigns.

• Stay updated on email marketing best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance in all email marketing activities.

• Provide training and support to internal teams on email marketing tools and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in CRM and database management

• Experience with Email Service Providers, specifically Mailchimp and Raiser's Edge

• Knowledge of AB Testing methods and their application in email marketing

• Familiarity with marketing best practices and their application in campaign planning

• Proven ability to manage email marketing deployments effectively

• Experience in increasing brand awareness through digital marketing strategies

• Strong understanding of campaign planning and execution in a non-profit context

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate leadership when necessary

• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills

• Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Innovation starts with people.®
