Contribute to translation of business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform, are highly functional, scalable, easily maintained and using best practices through standard configuration and custom development, where applicable. Estimate the level of effort to implement a solution based on business requirements. Lead technical design sessions, designing and documenting technical solutions. Advise on technical best practices for solution design. Complete Advanced Apex programming including core design patterns, limits and bulk patterns, trigger handling, asynchronous operations, integration patterns, and effective unit testing. Coach, lead and mentor junior technical team members and offshore developers. Develop custom solutions and integrations. Provide hands-on expert level assistance to developers for technical issues including support for troubleshooting production issues. Conduct code reviews. Stay current with evolving Salesforce features and offerings. Provide input on the creation and execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution. Follow all cyber security standards to protect PHI and PII. Master’s degree plus 5 years of experience required. Work site: relocation for long/short term projects to various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S. is required. Telecommuting may be available depending on the project. Salary: $169,229/yr.
