REPORTS TO: Employee Experience Coordinator

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

Pay Rate: $15.00/Hourly

State Farm Stadium is looking to hire part-time Employee Experience Ambassadors to provide outstanding employee experience to all teammates during the 2023-2024 season. This role requires a high-energy, professional staff member who thrives in a dynamic work environment. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a professional demeanor. As an Employee Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing employees with excellent recognition and support during events. Additional tasks will vary.

The delivery of quality service and positive interaction with all co-workers is essential. But most importantly, make sure teammates have FUN!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Required to have a thorough knowledge of the Top Flight program. You are considered our #1 information source.

  • Proactively greet teammates with a smile and ask how you may help them. Consider yourself Guest Service for all event day staff.

  • Warmly welcome teammates into the Teammate Welcome Center while maintaining snack and beverage supply.

  • Serve teammates coffee/cocoa while keeping the beverage table clean at Teammate Welcome Center.

  • Assist with set up/tear down needs for Employee Experience event day components such as Teammate Welcome Center and Reward Center.

  • Recognize event day staff who are doing a great job by giving personalized reward cards.

  • Move between all areas of the stadium in an efficient manner while adhering to building policies regarding elevator usage and credentials.

  • Greet teammates who visit the Reward Center and engage them while answering questions regarding the Top Flight program, assist with merchandise selections, and encourage use of the Teammate Selfie Station.

  • Assist the Guest Services Department with wheelchair escorts at the end of events.

  • Other duties as assigned.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk and stand for long periods of time. This position requires work inside and outside of the facility for all events with exposure to noise, heat, and cold.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic and friendly with a professional demeanor with the ability to respond to all individuals in a friendly manner and be a team player.

  • Must be comfortable working in large crowds.

  • Ability to learn quickly, multi-task in a dynamic environment.

  • High energy, detail-oriented, and hard-working individual is preferred.

  • Must be able to work independently and maintain a positive attitude within a very busy environment.

  • Must be available nights, weekends, and some holidays.

  • Previous Guest Service experience or Employee Experience background preferred.

  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus but not required.
