仕事内容

・担当時間帯のホテル全体のオペレーション管理

・VIP、長期滞在ゲスト対応

・特別なリクエストへの対応

・ゲスト対応に関する各部署との調整

・ホテルに寄せられたお客さまからのコメントへの対応

・緊急時対応

・その他ゲストサービスに関わる全ての分野の対応

勤務時間

１勤務9時間（休憩1時間含む）の交代制　※夜勤あり

応募条件 ※Applicant must be fluent in Japanese

◇インターナショナルホテルでの同等の経験と知識

◇年齢・学歴・資格不問

◇デューティーマネージャー経験あれば尚良し

◇ネイティブレベルの日本語力（会話、読み、書き）

◇ビジネスレベルの英会話力（同上）
