We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Loan Servicing Specialist in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This role involves handling customer credit applications and maintaining customer credit records. The position demands a high level of attention to detail and efficiency in monitoring customer credit accounts and resolving credit-related inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process loan applications.

• Maintain up-to-date and precise records of customer credit.

• Resolve inquiries related to customer credit in a timely and professional manner.

• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly and take appropriate actions for delinquent payments.

• Assist with escrow disbursements and the preparation of loan payoff statements for customers.

• Process subordinations and lien releases as part of lending-related payments.

• Contribute to the team's understanding of the Mortgage Industry and its operations.

• Utilize skills in Loan Servicing, Mortgage Documents, Mortgage Lending, and Mortgage Payments to perform duties effectively.

• Collaborate with Mortgage Professionals to ensure effective Mortgage Servicing.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Loan Servicing is required

• Familiarity with Mortgage Documents is needed

• Experience in Mortgage Lending is a must

• Ability to handle Mortgage Payments is required

• Experience working with Mortgage Professionals is necessary
