Amazon Sr. Localization Manager, LATCANZ Marketing Operations in Sao Paulo, Brazil

Description

Prime Video brings together the world’s best creators with the most passionate communities in a way that no other entertainment brand can. We are building our Localization Program within the Prime Video LATCANZ (Latin America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand) team, and seeking a Sr. Localization Manager who is eager to think big, innovate and drive improvement of localized content for our customers around the globe!

As a Sr. Localization Manager, you’ll be an essential part of transforming our processes. You’ll be taking the lead on the design and launch of new programs for our customers, and oversee programs that are already running and finding ways to improve them. Our Localization Manager will report directly to the Head of Marketing Operations for LATCANZ, and closely collaborate with cross functional peers across International Marketing, US Marketing, Studios Marketing and Global Localization.

This role will own the business relationship with Global Localization, and liaise between them and local campaign teams on localization, QC and content delivery of Amazon Originals marketing campaigns for global release — while helping to streamline and achieve alignment across multiple in territory marketing teams.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the large opportunity that our platform presents, with a track record of success in delivering global scale solutions. They will have thrived and succeeded in delivering broadly adopted technology products in a high growth environment, where priorities shift quickly. They are a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, and challenge existing models to introduce innovating thinking with strong customer focus. They understand how to drive a high level of focus and operational excellence across teams and stakeholders, with clear escalation to leadership. While the ideal candidate is very comfortable with autonomy, they are skilled at collaboration across teams and understanding how to both influence, and work through other groups to meet business goals. They are willing and able to handle administrative day-to-day while also collaborating and contributing to process planning and rollouts for future growth potential and efficiency.
