Aerotek Facilities Maintenance Technician in Scottsdale, Arizona

Description:

Perform hands on maintenance work in the facilities on mechanical systems like hvac, water source heat pumps, cooling towers, electrical systems, and plumbing systems Handle scheduling and delegating duties to the team Oversee and coordinate projects with vendors and contractors/construction teams Identify and diagnose issues, create a plan to solve or repair the problem Build work orders and delegate in a CMMS Coach and train employees
