Responsible for providing Field Service Support for Honeywell HPS applications and products at customer locations. You will perform maintenance, audits, configuration, programming, installation/commissioning, upgrades, and migration of complex/advanced Honeywell control systems (EXPERION PKS, TPS/TDC300). You will be the primary face of Honeywell for the customer in this role responsible for the daily implementation, administration and troubleshooting of the Honeywell HPS products installed at the customer location. You will be required to develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with customer representative as well as provide first response technical support. You will work with the Field Services Manager and LSS business functions to maintain and grow the business by identifying customer needs and provided solutions based on the HPS suite of products and services.

Candidate can reside in Utah, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, or Nevada as long as they are within 1.5hrs from an airport.

Key Responsibilities

• Area Migrations Lead or Branch/Regional Team Lead/Mentor (not just a site lead or technical lead)

• Regional MAP efforts

• Branch Migration champion

• Complex SPOT and Project Scoping & Execution.

• Planning complex reporting to support Incidents; Provides proactive maintenance support

• Drives asset optimization for individual customer

• DCS Maintenance including (MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE)

 Hardware Components

 Software Components

 Field Troubleshooting of common IO and Loop Problems

 Field Troubleshooting of End Devices

 Adding and Deletion of TAGS/Points

 Adding and Modifying Logic as per standard

• Working with voltages up to 110VAC and 40VDC

• Configure, maintain, and solve Honeywell hardware and software issues including: Experion PKS, other DCS hardware / software such as LCN, TPS.

• Learn the end-to-end product/solution development and delivery/execution of Honeywell products and solutions

• Troubleshooting Network Connections of Ethernet and Coaxial Cabling

• Modifying and editing HMI Graphics

• Focal Point for Honeywell with the customer on providing technical solutions

YOU MUST HAVE

• Must have and maintain at least one L4 CEAT certification and additional L3 certifications (for internal candidates) or able to get in 1 year (for External candidates)

• Candidate will be required to be L3 OPM certified within 1 year.

• Valid driver's license

• Willingness and ability to travel 75% of time. We support a large area in the West.

• 4+ years’ Experience with Experion PKS Hardware & Software, in addition to Hiway, TDC, & TPS system experience including LCN, UCN, and Hiway equipment along with PC/Networking experience.

• Bachelor’s in science, Technology, Engineering or Math AND 3 years of experience OR 7 years of professional experience in a related field

• Must be able to pass and maintain a clear drug screening including THC. Testing is required for facilities under federal testing programs such as DISA.

o Same rules apply if resident’s state it is legal.

o Same rules apply if candidate has a Medical Cannabis card.

• Background check will clear for TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)

WE VALUE

• OPM (On Process Migration) experience and/or L3 OPM Certification

• 3rd Party controls experience

• Experience in Virtualization hardware/software, setup and network configuration

• Knowledge of Open Systems such as Microcomputers and Networking Technologies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to clearly articulate messages both technical and non-technical.

• Experience & Training in Honeywell Applications such as:

o TPS / PMIO.

o EPKS / Series C.

o Advanced Applications (PHD etc.).

o Safety Systems (FSC/SM).

o HMI.

o SCADA (PLCSs, Ladder Logic etc.).

• Be self-motivated and willing to work in demanding environments with little or no supervision and take initiative to be proactive.
