Ball Corporation Director, Global Capital and Process Standards in Westminster, Colorado

Primary Purpose of this Position:

The Capital and Process Standards role establishes industry-leading practices in Balls Global Engineering process, directing standardized activities including Capital Project Engineering, Process Optimization/Innovation, and Technical Licensee support.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Highly experienced in deploying management systems with strong lean background.

  • Experienced in leading change management process across global multi-site manufacturing organizations.

  • Technical licensee support:managing the communications, information flows and the financial reconciliation.

  • Leads a team of Global SMEs that work across regional SMEs to establish and update standards working closely with Regional Process and Training teams

  • Responsible for establishment of our Global Standards methodology and systems deployment (working with IT on where we use Dozuki, Teamcenter, Sharepoint, others, etc.)

  • Responsible for establishing Change Control methodology.

  • Responsible for Global Process Trials protocol and execution (leading into change control cycle)

  • Responsible for Engineering interface with Good Operating Practices and Best Practice systems

  • Responsible for JV/Technical partnership support and ways of working

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in experience in project engineering leadership, particularly in establishing best practices for design and utilization.

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing highly desired.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • This role can located remotely; however, there is a strong preference for candidatesto be based in Westminster, CO.

  • Hiring Salary Range: $142,000 $242,400 USD*. Salary to be determined by the applicants education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

  • This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.

  • *If this role is offered/hired in another country, local market data will be used.
